Going Encirclements - Update v0.9.31

Hey rulers! This update brings a whole new type of strategic maneuvers, along with some gameplay and graphic tweaks! More on that below.

NB: Most of the new content is also available in Warnament's free Demo on Steam! Don't forget to add Warnament to your wishlist, too: this is the best way to show us that you're waiting for the game to come out, and provides us with superior motivation for releasing the game sooner!

v0.9.31 Released!

• Added support for display by weeks in the timelapse editor
• Added encirclements (when you attack an enemy from multiple directions, you deal more damage)
• A country can now reform multiple times (previously only once per game)
• Changed the color of water (it became less green)
• Fixed bugs in the new game menu and in the events
• Fixed bugs in the World War I scenario
