'Murica! - Update v0.9.1

Hey everyone! Today's update is motsly about the Scenario Editor (available in closed beta only), but it also brings some important changes in the main game! More on that below.

NB: Most of the new content is also available in Warnament's free Demo on Steam! Don't forget to add Warnament to wishlist, too: this is the best way to show us that you're waiting for the game to come out, and provides us with superior motivation for releasing the game sooner!

v0.9.1 Released!

• Added a new map: America
  
• Added a new scenario for the America map: the Civil War of 1862. Each country has its own set of potential reforms in that scenario. The good ol' U.S. can turn red, becoming the Communist States of America. There're also countries that aren't on the map by the time scenario begins, but might emerge as a result of revolts: for example, Cuba might secess from the Spanish Empire at some point
  
• Added music and sounds: the motors are roaring, the nuclear rocket launch causes static on the air, and much more!
  
• Political Institutions, Political Decisions and Technology Tree windows' interface updated
  
• Loading menu updated, added loading progress bar, background images updated
  
• Map editor updates: bug fixes and performance optimization
  
• Bug fixes
