It's moving! - Update v0.9.8

Hey rulers!

This update may not seem big, but it makes the game look and sound way nicer, than before, along with a bunch of small, yet important gameplay changes.

v0.9.8 Released!

• Bots can now build defense lines and distribute their military forces between their provinces in a more adequate way
  
• Players' troops can now move through 2 provinces instead of 1, if there are no enemies nearby
  
• Players owning a Shipyard can now choose a province in which their fleet spawns
  
• Improved display of countries' names on the map
  
• Added animated sparks to the main menu
  
• More instruments are now available in the Scenario editor, including pencil tool, brush tool, and selection tool
  
• Most menus can now be closed by pressing 'Esc' button
  
• Minor bug fixes
