Think locally, act globally - Update v0.9.15
Hey rulers!
If you're following our updates on a regular basis, you might have noticed that we've been introducing arrays of new features with each update lately. This time is not an exception, as we're giving you more control over your country's provinces! See details below.
NB: Most of the new content is also available in Warnament's free Demo on Steam! Don't forget to add Warnament to wishlist, too: this is the best way to show us that you're waiting for the game to come out, and provides us with superior motivation for releasing the game sooner!
v0.9.15 Released!
- Each province now has its own interface for independent development
- Each province has its' own level of economic development, which can be stimulated by investments from the state budget. This will result in higher income, bigger garrison, and more slots for buildings
- Reworked economics and diversified budget options for each country. You can now stimulate science, infrastructure, or population separately
- Added map lenses and options for setting up infrastructure in the scenario editor
- Improved zooming on custom maps
- Minor improvements for UI and bots
If you haven't done so already, please add Warnament to your wishlist on Steam. This is the best way to show us that you're waiting for the game to come out, and provides us with superior motivation for releasing the game sooner!

Why does improving infrastructure cost iron and not steel? Steel would make way more sense given it is used for all higher-level buildings, not iron.
I'm afraid that it will be too difficult for players
Maybe iron should be required for lower upgrades and steel for higher? As at the later parts of the game a player is most likely turning most iron into steel anyways.
Ok. I'll think about it
